Yellow-rumped Warbler (Setophaga coronata)

STATUS: Native, Migratory, Least Concern

DESCRIPTION: Their wingspan is 7.5-9.1 in. and they weigh 0.4-0.5 oz.

HABITAT: Yellow-rumped Warblers live mostly in coniferous forests, but also live in mixed forests.

DIET: Their diet includes insects, berries, fruit, and food from feeders.

NOTES: Yellow-rumped Warblers sing a warble that ends in a high note. They are protected on the US Migratory Bird list.
