DESCRIPTION: They have an average wingspan of 5.5 ft. and weigh 8.4-23.2 lbs.

HABITAT: Tundra Swans live in the tundra of North America, lakes, rivers, and other wetland areas.

DIET: They eat aquatic plant matter, mollusks, and arthropods.

NOTES:Tundra Swans make high-pitched bugling noises. They are protected on the US Migratory Bird list.
