Letterboxing Trail
Take part any time between 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
free

Come to Severson Dells celebration and give letterboxing a try!
Letterboxing combines artistic ability with "treasure-hunts" in parks, forests, and cities around the world. Participants seek out hidden letterboxes by cracking codes and following clues. The prize: an image from a miniature piece of art known as a rubber stamp—usually a unique, hand-carved creation.
Letterboxers stamp their discoveries in a personal journal, and then use their own rubber stamp, called a signature stamp, to stamp into the letterbox's logbook.
We will have an “Event Stamp” and a trail planned with boxes to find, related to all the wonderful things Severson Dells has to offer.  A clue sheet, logbook, and starter signature stamps will be provided to give you a beginning point in letterboxing and fun at Severson Dells.  (see www.atlasquest.com for more information).  Call 815-335-2915.
